Culinary Boot Camp for the Chef Within

Boot Camp is a series of four workshops.

We will cover Sanitation and Safety, Knife Skills, Soups & Stocks, and Introduction to Basic Fish, Poultry and Beef Butchery.

Upon completing this 4-week workshop, participants will have a greater basic knowledge of classic cooking and the essential skills to become an accomplished cook.
